Medical Support Secretary

Job overview
To support the medical secretary in providing a comprehensive administrative service to the medical teams within the Trafford Directorate.
Main duties of the job
You will be a well organised and experienced secretary with knowledge of medical terminology. You will ensure all consultants and clinicians within your role are organised and equipped to fulfil their responsibilities. Duties will include typing of medical and other correspondence, actioning any requirements identified in minutes/typing, along with coordinating clinical activities for Trafford Services.

Essential criteria
- Relevant level 3 competency-based qualification (such as RSA or NVQ), 2 years previous office experience or equal demonstrative experience.

- IT related qualification.
