Main duties of the job
Provide specialist physiotherapy assessment and interventions to children with complex needs.
Take a lead role in service development initiatives and quality improvement.
Support, supervise, and mentor junior physiotherapists, assistants, and students.
Work in partnership with families, schools, and other professionals.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with trust policies.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Degree in physiotherapy or equivalent Evidence of CPD in the form of a detailed personal development portfolio Clinical educators qualification
Professional Registration
Essential criteria
- HCPC Registration
Desirable criteria
- Member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy Member of relevant special interest group
Knowledge, Training & Experience
Essential criteria
- Extensive level of post registration physiotherapy experience across a range of rotations and including respiratory, neurological, musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions at band 6
- Extensive experience of liaison with other professionals and working as part of a multi disciplinary team
- Experience of clinical governance including quality, audit and risk management
- Ability to work autonomously and to manage complex caseload in specialist clinical area
- Use of a car
Desirable criteria
- Leadership experience.
- Previous experience in a Senior role.
