Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual as Administrator at Wigan CAMHS. You will be a member of an admin team helping to support CAMHS colleagues in delivering an excellent, service to children, young people and families.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be an initial point of contact for the CAMHS Wigan service and respond to all enquiries in a professional and sensitive manner. You will provide a comprehensive administrative service to the team, supporting excellent service delivery to children, young people and families, professionals and colleagues.

Education / Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Typing / word processing qualification RSA 3 or equivalent
- Educated to GCSE level including Maths or English or equivalent
- Highly developed office management skills
- NVQ Level 2 Business Administration
Desirable criteria
- ECDL or equivalent IT qualification
- Excel qualification or experience
- Minute taking
- NVQ level 3 in Business Administration
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience of using an electronic patient record and maintaining data
- Extensive experience of general administration work
- Experience of diary management
- Experience of summarising and note taking
- Experience of working as part of a team
- Experience of maintaining quality in one's work
Desirable criteria
- Experience of working in NHS particularly in a mental health setting
- Experience of audio typing
Knowledge
Essential criteria
