You will embed robust clinical governance processes, supporting teams to consistently meet standards across quality, patient safety, safeguarding, physical healthcare, and infection prevention and control (IPC).

You will role‑model professional excellence and contribute to a culture where staff feel psychologically safe, supported and empowered to learn, helping to create a just and learning‑focused environment.

If you share our commitment to delivering outstanding, compassionate care and are excited by the opportunity to influence quality and safety across our inpatient services, we would love to hear from you.

If this sounds like the next step in your leadership journey, please get in touch.
