Job overview

The Directorate Administrator will provide a full and comprehensive administration service for multiple managers / clinicians within the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring a well organised and effective service.

You will ensure each of your allocated managers / clinicians are well organised and are in receipt of all relevant tools required for the effective running of the service.

Main duties of the job

  • To maintain and manage all electronic diaries and use these diaries to arrange appointments and meetings for your allocated managers /clinicians.
  • To facilitate and coordinate events and all prevailing administrative duties including planning, agendas, take / type minutes (using paper and electronic methods), preparation of room and IT equipment, arrange venues and refreshments as required on request for meetings, workshops, investigations, and supervision.
  • Inputting of staff hours on the Health roster system in line with Payroll cut off dates.
  • To provide a personal and confidential service to all senior staff within the directorate, including the typing of reports, general correspondence, minutes, agendas etc.Please refer to the job description for more details
