Job overview
To provide a responsive, comprehensive, and innovative secretarial and administrative service to the Suicide Prevention and Mortality Review / Learning from Deaths team including administration of the Morality review group, and, to liaise with external agencies, other members of staff, and service users, on their behalf, to ensure that their needs, and the needs of the service are met.
Please note - This role is not eligible for sponsorship unless you meet criteria by temporary exemption from current changes to immigration rules put in force on 22/07/2025. Separate provisions are applied to workers who have been sponsored and held continuously Skilled Worker visa since prior to 04/04/2024.

Education & Qualifications
Essential criteria
- • NVQ Level III in Business Administration or equivalent
Experience
Essential criteria
- Experience of attending and minuting meetings in order to support the Chair to achieve the desired outcomes
- Experience of using Microsoft Office Software to complete secretarial or administrative tasks
- Experience of planning and completing a piece of work in a methodical, efficient and timely manner to meet a set deadline
- Experience of following organisational procedures and maintaining quality standards in ones work
Knowledge
Essential criteria
- An awareness of policies & procedures in relation to confidentiality, information sharing, and safeguarding
- Knowledge of equal opportunities legislation
