The Trust is a leading integrated health, teaching, research and innovation campus in the thriving city of Manchester. We offer a unique range of services to the North West, treating and managing the simplest to the most complex conditions and diseases. For our nurses, it means the chance to gain diverse experience in pioneering teams.

‘The Department of Reproductive medicine unit provides the full range of infertility services to the Northwest of England. We provide NHS funded treatment and fee-paying services for IVF treatment cycles, frozen embryo cycles and Intrauterine insemination cycles. We also treat patients who require donor sperm, donor eggs and donor embryos.’

You will be able to support and contribute to a team approach, have excellent time management skills, manage own work load, have the ability to problem solve, analyse and resolve issues. In addition to this, you’ll be motivated to develop personally and professionally and have exemplary personal standards of conduct. If you are a newly qualified member of staff, you will be supported in your transition to your new role with our dedicated preceptorship program.

Gynaecological experience is an advantage but not essential.

We’ve also created a digitally enabled organisation to improve clinical quality, patient & staff experience, operational effectiveness & driving research, and innovation through the introduction of Hive; our Electronic Patient Record system which launched in September 2022.

We’re proud to be a major academic Research Centre & Education provider, providing you with a robust infrastructure to encourage and facilitate high-quality research programmes.
