Job overview

We have an exciting opportunity to be part of our growing Procurement Distribution Services team our Procurement Distribution Centre.

A fast moving and growing service that facilitates MFT and surrounding community functions supplying medical consumables/equipment/PPE. Ensuring the prompt and efficient handling, processing and routing of goods, through our trust PDC and R&D functions. Using our inventory management system for processes such as ordering, receiving, stock checking, cycle counting and the raising of electronic documentation for
goods received.

Ensuring that accurate documentation is available for invoice clearance
and audit purposes.

Main duties of the job

Receive daily PUSH deliveries of medical consumable items from MFT's Procurement distribution Centre for onward delivery. Ensuring full quality checks, count and general storage of items are completed.

Picking and packing of general consumables and PPE lines to fulfill orders for all MFT and community areas.

Receive and quality check deliveries from NHSSC and direct from suppliers ensuring stock quantities and product references match the order raised.

Maintain high levels of communication between the Scan4Safety team and Procurement Distribution Services team regarding deliveries of PUSH goods.
