Job overview
Main duties of the job
Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud server and platform environments across NHS sites. This includes supporting the deployment of virtual servers, storage systems, databases, middleware components, and other cloud infrastructure components, ensuring alignment with NHS standards and industry best practices.
In addition to providing technical leadership, you will play a key role in implementing advanced security measures to protect cloud server and platform environments and sensitive data. As a Senior Cloud Server and Platform Engineer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the enhancement and optimization of cloud server and platform infrastructure through participation in projects and initiatives aimed at improving system performance, scalability, and reliability. Your dedication, attention to detail, and commitment to providing high-quality technical support services will be vital in supporting the delivery of healthcare services to patients and staff within the NHS.
