This is a great opportunity to expand your management and leadership skills within one of our Core CAMHS Teams.  We currently have three vacancies within our North Manchester, Salford and South Manchester CAMHS teams.

You will be leading a vibrant, established, and well-trained multi-disciplinary team where values based, high quality care delivery is integral to all decision making. The team enjoy working together, setting new challenges, and jointly celebrating success. 

MFT has a range of specialist and Tertiary Services, supporting the management and flow of patient service delivery 


In the NHS Benchmarking, MFT CAMHS have consistently performed well and MFT CAMHS have been rated Outstanding by the CQC. 

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

Provide leadership and day to day management of the service, supported by the clinical and medical lead. This includes delivery of services and oversight performance reporting including data collection, oversight of audit completion and that Routine Outcome Measures are embedded and reviewed to support best outcomes for children and young people accessing the service.

To inspire and support the staff team encouraging and maintaining a culture that values multi-disciplinary working and staff wellbeing. To offer line management to the pathway leads, adhering to Trust policies and procedures. To support staff to complete mandatory and local training and receive regular appraisals. To ensure staff policies and procedures are followed.

To support children, young people and the carers involvement ensuring that their voice is involved in the design and delivery of the Core CAMHS Services.

To ensure that the Trust values and strategy is executed locally and that standards of safety are always maintained. To ensure that any adverse events, serious untoward incidents, complaints are appropriately reported and escalated and investigated and that lessons learnt are shared with the team. To ensure that service and delivery risks are reported, monitored, and escalated.

To contribute as part of the Senior Leadership Team to the Trust's strategic agenda and to deputise for the Head of Core CAMHS Stream when required
