An exciting opportunity to work with the busy, friendly and supportive Living Well Team based at the Old Trafford Wellbeing centre .  Supporting the clinical staff with all aspects of administration.  Some travel to other hubs in the community may be required including Manor House Resource Centre (5 Queens Rd, Urmston, M41 0UF). 

Main duties of the job

Main duties to include processing of referrals, answering all telephone calls to the Hub,  maintaining stock levels, minuting of local and wider meetings, making of appointments and sending out correspondence for same and ensuring efficient admin provision is delivered to the clinical team.
