- Harness the power of clinical audit, research, and teaching to elevate standards and implement innovative improvements
- Utilise advanced electronic systems to streamline care delivery and documentation, enhancing efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- Nursing degree or equivalent
- Significant years and above experience as a band 6
- Management, leadership qualification or experience
Desirable criteria
- Evidence of working towards a band 7
- Accelerated Leadership Course attendance
Skills
Essential criteria
- Surgical experience
- Sickness, absence management training
- Roster build and management
- Experience of governance processes
- Ability to travel to different geographical locations across the Trust footprint in line with service needs
Desirable criteria
- Evidence of involvement of clinical audits
- Full UK driving license with willingness to use own car for work purposes
