Job overview

Based within the Adult Community Mental Health and Early Intervention Teams at Crossgate House, the post holder will be responsible for the line management of the admin team in the delivery of admin provision to the service. The post holder will work closely with the team manager to ensure admin provision is effective in supporting the service needs and delivery against performance targets. The post holder, in conjunction with the community admin manager, will be required to devise, implement and monitor admin systems to maximise efficiency of time and resources. 

Main duties of the job

Responsible for the line management of 6 admin staff based within the Adult Community Mental Health, Early Intervention and reception teams.

Overseeing all DQ target processes and producing weekly performance reports to the senior management team.  

General management responsibilities to ensure the admin provision provided to the clinical teams works to a high standard with attention to detail crucial to the role.

  • RSA level 2, NVQ level 2 or the equivalent experience. Educated to GCSE level for English and Maths.
