An opportunity has arisen to join the Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Team as our Team Administrator.

We are a multidisciplinary team based in the community and deliver a district wide service  in a variety of formats to cardiac patients and their families .

You will need to possess excellent communication skills as the role will involve speaking with patients and relatives over the phone on a daily basis alongside your other duties . 

Candidates must be able to demonstrate how they meet the essential qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and experience for the post in order to be shortlisted for interview.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

To provide an efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support service to the multi-disciplinary CVR team.

To liaise with other departments and external organisations

To act as a link between patient/carers and the clinical team including being the first point of contact for any queries.

  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent in a relevant subject/or equivalent experience

  • Demonstrates good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to use own initiative and plan/prioritise workload without direct supervision
  • Ability to work flexibly within the role
  • Excellent IT skills including keyboard usage
  • Effective persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Confident in dealing with people over the telephone
  • Undertake further training as part of continuing professional development
  • Act in a caring manner towards patients ,relatives and visitors especially where there are barriers to understanding

Experience
