Job overview
This is a fantastic opportunity to come and work at Stockport NHS Foundation Trust, providing excellent patient care through our digital systems.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to work in our small and busy team providing support and training to all of our hospital staff.
They must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office.
This is a challenging role that requires a motivated and flexible individual that wants to be part of the digital future on the Trust.
Main duties of the job
The candidate will provide support for all members of staff in accessing and using numerous clinical and non-clinical systems. This includes password management, document delivery, information leaflet management, testing and documentation.
Support is provided via telephone, email or in person.
They must have excellent written and communication skills and be proficient in the use of computers and associated office systems like Microsoft Office.
The candidate will be part of a small rota team providing out of hours on-call services after training is complete.
Working in a small, enthusiastic team they will have opportunities to input ideas into new systems or upgrading existing ones. The role is office based initially with the option for limited home working once training is complete.
