We  are  looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Qualified Nurse  (RGN) with a passionate  for excellent  delivery of high quality care within our Continence Service her in Trafford.

An  exciting opportunity has  arisen for a Band  6  Registered Nurse to work in the Adult  Bladder and  Bowel  Team.

The  successful  candidate will have an interest in Bladder and Bowel  dysfunction and working in various care settings including  clinics, patients'  own homes and residential homes.

The post  holder will be responsible for providing holistic bladder and bowel assessments, participating  in treatment planning and  evaluating individual continence needs.   The successful candidate will also assist in training and supporting Community Nurses in delivering educational programmes for healthcare professionals, carers and patients being fully supported to develop skills and knowledge to practice in the specialist  area.

Our Bladder and Bowel service  is dynamic and forward-thinking, anticipating the needs of its patients and striving to provide excellence care in the community.  We are also highly active in engaging with community staff to improve  services within TLCO.

You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication  skills that will demonstrate an ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

You  will need to be  car driver with the use of a car for work and a prescribing  qualification is  desirable.
