Essential criteria
  • NVQ Level 2, GCSE Level or equivalent experience
Desirable criteria
  • emonstrable working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook

Experience and knowledge

Essential criteria
  • Previous experience of dealing with the public and taking telephone enquiries
  • Experience of accurate data inputting

Skills and attributes

Essential criteria
  • Good oral and written communication skills with people from a wide variety of backgrounds
  • Ability to produce work of a good standard with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate sensitively with all staff groups, patients and their families
