** This post is open to employees of the five LAASP organisations. As part of your application, you will be asked to confirm that you are a current employee of The Clatterbridge Centre, Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital, Liverpool University Hospitals, Liverpool Women’s Hospital or, The Walton Centre **

The applicant must have excellent and communication skills, face to face and telephone as this role is the first point of contact for patients and visitors to the Hospital.

This role is a rewarding and a busy post.

Once fully trained the successful application will be expected to work on their own.

Main duties of the job

Reception is staffed between 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

First point of contact for visitors, patients and staff. 

Telephone enquiries

Liaising with all staff and departments across the Hospital

Training will be provided

Booking / Outcoming appointments

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

Providing administration support and general reception cover, you need to be friendly and flexible. Good keyboard skills together with an excellent telephone manner are essential as are good interpersonal skills and a commitment to customer care
