The Maintenance department is looking to recruit a maintenance trainee plumber.

The role will undertake planned maintenance and alterations of essential mechanical systems across the diverse building services of the Trust estate. This includes Aintree, Royal Liverpool and Broad Green.

You will need to have the ability to analyse faults , undertake rectifications and be able to advice on system improvements to ensure continuity and improvement of service. You will shadow a member of our mechanical team.

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual who has the ability to prioritise workloads, identify potential improvement within their discipline and be proactive in providing a high level of service to staff, patients and site visitors.

As a plumber within the Estates department, you will be responsible for carrying out essential alterations and maintenance of mechanical services within the trusts building portfolio.

Typical duties within your role may include, general plumbing maintenance tasks, PPMs, small installations and to respond to active problems.
