Job overview
Main duties of the job
- Maintain the UKROC database by ensuring the timely collection, accurate entry and ongoing validation of rehabilitation outcome data.
- Monitor data quality and escalate any issues that may impact service delivery, reporting requirements or database integrity.
- Support the completion of mandatory monthly returns and ensure reporting deadlines are achieved.
- Produce and distribute standard and ad hoc reports to support operational management, service development, audit and performance monitoring activities.
- Communicate effectively with members of the multidisciplinary team to obtain, verify and share information relating to rehabilitation outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to high standards of data quality, governance and audit readiness.

Essential criteria
- ECDL or equivalent Microsoft usage including databases and spreadsheets
- NVQ 2 business administration or equivalent experience.
