The successful candidate will support a large team within a neurology ward 29 acute beds. We have a amazing team here and  our vision is to provide physical, emotional and clinical care to all our sevice users. We pride ourselves on our standards and collective focus to continue to have GOLD accreditation  And maintain excellent care , skills and clean productive environment . Our specialities includes movment  disorders , Pain management and telemetry services . 

Main duties of the job

to  provide personal care, mouth care, hydration and nutritional support , 

support  the registered nurse in appropriate tasks/assessments and interventions 

Support in patients safety 

Support patients needing continuous observation 

Environmental cleaning 

Utilise electronic patients documents 

Support with ward based Audits.

Input data in handover and huddles utilising electronic systems 

Undertake some clerical duties
