Job overview

We are seeking to recruit a Part-Time Band 2 Admin Assistant post in the Learning Disability Services, based in Whiston.   This post will be part of an admin team who will support a clinical team and reception area.

Main duties of the job

To provide an efficient and effective clerical service to the multi-disciplinary team. 

The role will include providing administrative support to the team and will include answering telephone calls into the Service, photocopying, scanning, uploaded referrals and making appointments.

  • Typing/WP RSAII or equivalent or demonstrable experience

  • ECDL/ICT
