Job overview

If you are a proficient and experienced receptionist looking for a part time interesting role, this may be the job for you!  You will be the first point of contact in a busy reception for a CAMHS Inpatient Unit.  Your day would be varied and challenging, however rewarding providing that friendly welcome for patients and their families.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will provide a reception service for patients and visitors to the Unit, acting as first point of contact for all visitors, patients and staff.  They will also provide a comprehensive general secretarial and administrative function to staff within the service as requested.

They will deal with general enquiries, implement administrative procedures and be guided by Health Board policies and procedures. 

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
