Care of high risk women will be in conjunction with the Obstetric Medical Team.
The Post Holder will be responsible for the assessment, planning development, implementation and evaluation of programmes of care for clients in all areas of Maternity service.
Welsh Skills Desirable: This post is advertised as Welsh Desirable. This doesn’t mean essential; whilst the candidate doesn't need to have skills in Welsh, we'll consider it an advantage when short-listing and selecting candidates.
