Job overview

This post is fixed term for 2 years until 30th May 2027.

The successful post holder will be working with adults with serious and enduring mental health issues within the community setting. 

The role of Health Care Support will work as part of a Multi-disciplinary Team and include delivering specific components of the service users care and treatment plan as delegated by the registered mental health nurse and will regularly be required to work without direct supervision. 


Main duties of the job

The post holder will contribute to assessments and interventions,  therapy and social activities as delegated by the relevant profession.

They will frequently work without direct supervision in the community and be required to work in a flexible and holistic way in order to respond to this client group’s needs. They will promote the recovery and stability in the community. 

We are seeking  an enthusiastic team player,  to work within a dynamic multi-disciplinary health team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
