The role will  support the Facilities (Hotel Services) team in delivering Housekeeping and Catering services to the National Standards for these services in NHS Wales,  HIW standard 5 and 9 and Organisational Standards. 

To assist in developing, maintaining and promoting the highest standards of service delivery and team working practices; and helping to maintain open, effective communication. 

Main duties of the job

• Work within the Health Board, to undertake duties as designated by the Hotel Services Supervisor.
• Maintaining a high standard of environmental cleanliness
• To observe and maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene, confidentiality, courtesy and consideration to all patients and         fellow  employees.
