Aneurin Bevan University Health Board support flexible working.

Please be advised that there is a temporary top up for Bands 2 and 3 to reflect the incorporation of the top up to the living wage of £12.60 per hour - £24,638 per annum.

This temporary top up will be in place until the annual pay uplift for 2025/26 is confirmed.

Ty Cyfannol is an adult mental health acute ward that supports patients that are being assessed and treated for a mental illness.

Main duties of the job

If you are interested in working with us, you will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to enable clients’ independence, rights, choices and dignity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone wishing to work within a clinical setting with patients with complex needs, and we are looking for individuals with experience in other Mental Health or Learning Disability care settings; or looking to embark on a career within the NHS and mental health & learning disabilities; or wishing to gain clinical experience as part of a longer term career plan in therapies.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
