Job overview
An exciting opportunity has become available within ward B4 at the Grange University Hospital for a Health Care Support Worker. To join our caring and professional nursing team delivering excellent medical care to our patients.
Main duties of the job
We are a friendly team and welcome applications from Health Care Support Worker's who possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal and who are committed to providing high standards of care for patients, their families and carers within a hospital setting. Ideally the candidate will have excellent computer skills and be enthusiastic about change management and supportive towards their colleagues.
There are lots of opportunities to further develop and you will be supported with training and education.
Currently we are unable to provide certificates of sponsorship for this role as it does not meet the Home Office’s criteria. Anyone requiring a certificate of sponsorship is therefore unable to be shortlisted and interviewed.
This post is currently advertised at Band 2. The role is under review within the Health Board as part of a national review and may, in future, progress to Band 3 with an updated job description. If appointed, your manager will ensure you are kept informed and will support you through any changes, including discussing relevant training requirements”
