Opportunity to join the South East District Nursing Team on as a band 3 HCSW a vital and valued role within the team
To support registered nurses in delivering best practice evidenced based care to patients within the Community Nursing Team. The Health Care Support Worker will assist the registered nurse/associate practitioner in the provision high quality, consistent and cost effective health and social care. The Health Care Support Worker will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of patient centred care as delegated by the registered nurse/associate practitioner within their scope of practice.
Main duties of the job
