Job overview
There has never been a more exciting time to join the Primary Care, Community Services, and Complex and Long Term Care Division, and as General Manager you will be pivotal in providing leadership, strategic and professional management combined with operational responsibility for the Division.

Main duties of the job

Working with the Divisional Director and Divisional Nurse you will lead the transformation, development and delivery of Divisional Services. This post gives an experienced and effective Operational Manager, with a proven track record of extensive experience working at senior level in a large and complex organisation, an opportunity to provide exceptional health care closer to home.
This is a key strategic and operational role, providing visible leadership and delivery of objectives with the aim of securing patient focused, effective, efficient and sustainable services. The successful candidate will work with a range of stakeholders, including in partnership with public, statutory and third sector organisations.
