Job overview
To assist with the assessment, planning, delivery & evaluation of all aspects of patient care within patients own home. To provide prescribed nursing care without direct supervision. To act in accordance with the NMC Professional Code of Conduct and other policies.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for highly motivated and professional registrants who are keen to develop their career within the Community, providing high standards of nursing care to patients within their own homes.
Although experience would be helpful, the right candidate will be provided with a tailored training package to meet their needs and ensure they are equipped with the skills necessary to undertake this role.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
