Job overview
Booking clerk, responsible to the Referral and Booking Centre Team Leader for booking outpatient clinics and monitoring activity.
This full time [37.5 hours per week] post is fixed term for 6 months to meet the needs of the service. If you are interested in applying for the secondment position, you must obtain permission from your current line manager prior to applying for this post.
Main duties of the job
To provide a quality Partial Booking Service to the Referral and Booking Centre and customers. Ensuring all appointments are booked correctly and efficiently in a timely manner in accordance with Health Board’s Policies and Procedures.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
