Aneurin Bevan University Health Board support flexible working.
Please be advised that there is a temporary top up for Bands 2 and 3 to reflect the incorporation of the top up to the living wage of £12.60 per hour - £24,638 per annum.
This temporary top up will be in place until the annual pay uplift for 2025/26 is confirmed.

Job overview
To provide and co-ordinate comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Mental Health 111 Service, initially based in St Cadoc’s Hospital and to act as the first Mental Health 111 for all enquiries regarding the service.
To organise diaries and set up appointments. Resolving conflicting diary appointments and schedules as necessary
To manage and prioritise own workload, required to act independently
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply

- Knowledge of secretarial procedures and systems, such as answering queries, progress chasing, task related problem solving, acquired through experience and training to Vocational Level 3 or equivalent demonstrable experience
