Job overview
We are looking to recruit an extremely professional, conscientious, calm and confident individual to become part of the Early Intervention CAMHS Administration Team. The Post Holder will provide comprehensive data and administration support to the whole team who cover children and young people up to the age of 18.
The successful candidate will work with the team providing ongoing day to day administrative support and assisting the senior administrator and leadership team to continually refine and improve the service offered.

Main duties of the job
This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator who has an interest in the wellbeing of our service users and who has the passion to provide strong administration support, essential for the successful and efficient operation of our teams.

- Can you effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities?
- Do you have experience of managing detailed complex information and maintaining a strong degree of confidentiality?

You will need to be able to demonstrate the strength of your communication, prioritisation and administration skills with a dedication to confidentiality and service user experience.
Previous administration experience is essential. The role will include but is not limited to general administration, minuting meetings, diary management and entering patient data. The successful applicant will have experience of setting up new systems to help the new team develop the processes required
You will be working in a fast-paced environment using a range of clinical systems and Microsoft packages. A working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel and Outlook will be essential. Knowledge of the Trust system Lorenzo would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- NVQ 3 in Business Administration or equivalent of working towards or equivalent
- NVQ 2 Customer Services or equivalent
- Pitmans/RSA III typing/word processing or equivalent secretarial experience at intermediate level
Desirable criteria
- Knowledge of Trust electronic record system
Skills
Essential criteria
- Excellent articulate communication skills. and ability to prioritise.
- Interpersonal skills including taking a proactive diplomatic approach and ensuring confidentiality at all times with time management.
