Sister/Charge Nurse Band 6 - One year fixed contract

Critical Care Outreach Team

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated person to join the Critical Care Outreach Team as a Sister/Charge Nurse. Our dynamic team delivers a 24/7 evidence-based care to acutely unwell patients, or those at risk of deterioration throughout the James Paget University Trust.

The successful candidate will be an individual who is an expert in assessing and recognising acutely ill patients and can work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure patients receive the right treatment in the right place at the right time. This will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be supported by a minimum of three year post registration experience, which includes two year experience within a critical care/acute care setting.

The James Paget University Trust is passionate about education and the personal development of all staff and this will be a fundamental element of this role.
