Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within Trauma and Orthopaedics leading a 34 bedded ward. This is a demanding ward with no day ever the same. 

You will be expected to lead, guide and support a large team of dedicated staff to ensure high quality care is provided to a diverse group of patients.

Ward 6 is  a challenging ward caring for emergency patients who are admitted under trauma & orthopaedics, experience in Orthopaedics and Spinal care would be deemed highly desirable.

We work closely with members of the MDT team to support our complex patients. Good communication is imperative.

We are looking for an experienced strong leader to guide the ward at a time of change whilst facing the difficult challenges within the NHS
