Working with external advisors and linking with Trust People and Culture colleagues, the successful candidate will play a key role inspiring both clinical and non-clinical teams to define workforce planning requirements and facilities. These will enable creative new ways of working centred around our patients, incorporating new technology and digital advancements, and maximising the opportunities of system working. In turn this will have a transformative impact on the new hospital and the community that it serves.

This is a fast moving and high profile project and you will need to be a highly motivated, enthusiastic and proactive in your approach.  A great communicator at all levels, you will have experience of workforce planning and of leading organisational change projects.
