Business Change Specialist

Band 7

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust provides child and adult mental health services, learning disability, wellbeing, older people's and eating disorder services across Norfolk and Suffolk.

We are committed to equality, diversity and inclusion and want to reflect the diversity of our local communities within our teams.  We welcome applications from all talented individuals with the relevant qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience

Job overview

Can you engage and motivate others to participate and take ownership of new developments and initiatives?

Do you enjoy working with colleagues dedicated to achieving excellence by driving and embedding change improvements and digital innovations that can make a difference?

You may be a clinician working at a senior level, or someone with significant senior responsibility who supports clinical services daily. Alternatively, you could be a change professional looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to engage in and create positive change.

Main duties of the job

As well as driving change, we are embarking on a major change programme to implement a new electronic patient record system and are looking to fill several posts both substantive and fixed term.

The post is focused on improving systems and processes across our Trust so you will need to possess good organisational skills and proven knowledge of process improvement techniques.  We also require you to have a sound understanding in the use of digital systems with the ability to analyse, interpret data and present written reports.

The role will require you to interpret when proposed change initiatives need operational input and implement activities that will ensure there is readiness for change to maximise benefits and minimise negative impacts.

Collaborating closely with clinical, operational, finance and workforce teams, you will function as a trusted partner, driving change to ensure the best use of resources and providing measurable performance outcomes.

If you are ready to take on a new challenge and make a positive impact, we would love to have you join our Business Change Team that sits within ICT Systems and Change and be part of our transformative journey. Apply now to help us drive change and improve our services.
