Job overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Officer to join our Clinical Transformation team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive programme and project administrative support to the Project Manager, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective care. This role requires initiative, discretion, and the ability to work independently to meet deadlines

You will be based at County Hall, Norwich with travel to other Trust sites where necessary.
Main duties of the job
Act as the first point of contact for enquiries regarding the clinical transformation work programme and resolve day-to-day problems independently.
Support the development and monitoring of tools/systems to track progress and keep systems up to date.
Liaise with identified leads to obtain updates and update progress reports as required.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Support the management of a demanding, fast-paced action plan and communicate complex, sensitive information to key stakeholders.
