Trosolwg o'r swydd

An exciting opportunity has arisen on Same Day Emergency Care, appointing a new Care Support Worker into our team.

Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) is a fast paced, rapid assessment unit for medical patients who have been referred by the Emergency Department (ED) or primary care. The ambition of the unit is to deliver quality care to patients within the same day in order to avoid a hospital admission- when safe to do so and also reduce ED attendances. Ensuring patients are in the right place, receiving the right care.

The Care Support Worker (CSW) we need on this unit will be motivated, eager to learn new skills, approachable and positive.
