Imaging Services Booking Officer

Job overview

Imaging Services are seeking to recruit booking officers to join their existing team.  There are full and part time vacancies available.

The ideal candidate will need to possess a positive approach to working within a constantly changing department, be self-motivated and have an excellent eye for detail.  Training will be given but clinical knowledge of the imaging modalities is desirable.  The successful candidate will be expected to work independently and as part of a team.  

The Imaging Department is operational 7 days per week and the standard hours are 8am-8pm.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be confident with excellent communication skills.  They will need to be organised and be able to prioritise effectively.  Typical duties include; general administrative tasks as well as completing bookings for a range of complex imaging examinations.
