Locally Employed Doctors – Fixed Term Contract – 6 Months 
ST1-2 Equivalent - Paediatrics

** Fixed term 6 month contract from February 2026**

Do you have a passion to provide high quality care and work alongside a growing team?

• Maintenance of the highest clinical standards in the management of patients.
• Assisting with teaching and training of junior staff, medical students and other professionals
• To actively participate in both departmental and Trust matters concerning Clinical Governance and audit.
• To have responsibility for ensuring active participation in continuing medical education (CME). 

The successful applicant will join the Paediatric Team and will work on the on call rota alongside 10 consultants, 5 specialty doctors, 4 Paediatric resident doctors, 2 locally employed doctors, 3 FY2 and 2 FY1 doctors. The post holder will join a friendly, well-established and innovative multi-disciplinary team to support the delivery of high quality care to children in the local population.
