An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Physiotherapist to join our rotational band 5 posts (including Hospital in reach and outreach, surgical, medical, orthopaedics, stroke, community, children's and musculoskeletal services). 

We have a good solid senior support for all band 5 staff and clear objectives to achieve and each clinical area. Each area has a active in-service training programme and staff are encouraged to take part in continuous professional development.

Main duties of the job

  • Assessment and management of a designated caseload.
  • Reporting to line manager and  supported by the wider clinical team

Qualifications

Essential criteria
  • Registered with HCPC
  • BSc Physiotherapy
  • Evidence of on-going Professional Development e.g. Portfolio
Desirable criteria
  • Evidence of relevant post-graduate training/CPD.

Experience

Essential criteria
  • Previous NHS employment / student experience
  • Evidence of inter-disciplinary working
  • Clinical experience in core areas at undergraduate/postgraduate level
Desirable criteria
  • Previous physiotherapy employment / student experience
  • Prior involvement with audit, outcome measurement, objective or standard setting
