Job overview
Wakefield Growing Healthy 0-19 Service, are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic, experienced health visitors who want to lead and support the training of our health visitors of the future.
Joining our team, you will deliver the Healthy Child Programme, to families across the district of Wakefield. Working in partnership ,come and help us to ensure positive outcomes for our children and families. We follow the key principles of the Best Start in Life, and successfully support integrated working , and learning with our Wakefield Families Together partners,. partnership, we deliver join our team. Being a high performing team, we are looking for qualified health visitors to lead our skill mix team, and help us train the health visitors of the future. and support families across the district of Wakefield ,in delivery of the Healthy Child Programme.
Main duties of the job
Delivering the Healthy Child Contacts.
Leading and supporting skill mix team
supporting students
Working in partnership with Wakefield Families Together and the Children's Hubs.
