Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is strengthening the team responsible for the management of its contracting and commissioning function. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced NHS contract manager. As the Senior Commissioned Services Manager you will be responsible for the overall management of the multi-million pound contracts which exist between the Trust and its two lead commissioners, NHS England and NHS Corby CCG.

Reporting to the Head of Commissioning the successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day management of these contracts and the relationship between the organisations. The right candidate must be a capable manager with the ability to build relationships, a detailed understanding of the NHS Standard Contract and related processes, and will work with clinical and managerial colleagues across the organisation in a fast paced change environment.

Reporting to the Head of Commissioning, some of your key duties are outlined below:

  • Negotiating, monitoring and maintaining key contracts on behalf of the Trust.
