Educations, Training and Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Registered Midwife
- Degree in higher education or equivalent
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Teaching and assessing in clinical practice
Desirable criteria
- Masters degree or working towards
- Management qualification or equivalent
- Leadership qualification or equivalent
Knowledge & Experience
Essential criteria
- Broad range of midwifery experience including within a community setting
- Experience of participation in audit activities
- Participation in the Risk Management process
- Knowledge of internal and external reviews relevant to maternity and the Governance Assurance Framework
Applicant requirements
You must have appropriate UK professional registration.
