Job overview
Northamptonshire Integrated Sexual Health and HIV (NISHH) Service are looking for an Administrator to join our friendly team to coordinate and maintain high standards of patient care. NISHH covers the specialities of Genitourinary Medicine (GUM), HIV Medicine, Contraception and Outreach services, providing services to the residents of North and West Northamptonshire and out of area in relation to their sexual health needs. The post holder will work as part of the Integrated Sexual Health and HIV Service supporting the Senior Hub Administrator in taking responsibility for the contraceptive elements of the service delivery, for both the hub site and its spoke clinics in North Northamptonshire.
Main duties of the job
To support the Senior Hub Administrator in the delivery of an integrated service by managing the contraceptive elements and supporting with GUM including clinic planning and processing referrals.
Ordering through the on-line purchasing systems.
To assist with stocktaking.
To assist in the completion of regular Audits.
Prepare relevant statistical reports including national reporting.

- Evidence of managing data and producing reports
- Educated to level 3 on the national framework in a business administration, customer care or reporting qualification or equivalent experience.
