Job overview
Come and work with a team who deliver a responsive, efficient and effective recruitment service to all directorates within the Trust.
You will be part of a team that is integral to the Trust’s People Team to recruit the best staff with the right values to provide the
highest level of patient care.
You will work collaboratively with other internal departments and maintain a high standard of customer service.
The Trust has a high level of recruitment activity which requires you to be organised, attentive to detail, accurate and passionate about providing excellent customer service to all those who come into contact with our service. You will support all aspects of Recruitment activity
Main duties of the job
You will be working within a small dynamic team and will have the ability to provide a high level of commitment, with a positive approach to busy workloads, maintaining high team morale and agile working.
