We will expect you to co-produce and deliver outstanding care with a key emphasis on keeping everyone safe; you will be responsive to feedback received.  As a Staff Nurse you will undertake the role of keyworker for identified patients.  You will support senior staff in the day to day management of the ward.

This means many of our services can be provided at home, work or in schools. We also provide health services to various prisons and detention centres in Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.

NHFT promotes a culture of learning to improve the care and safety of our patients and staff, which focuses on people who enable our Trust to be ‘outstanding’ by supporting opportunity, innovation, development and growth.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities

Co-production and innovation is central to what we do; this is evidenced by our work on body Worn cameras, sensory modulation, and pathway developments.  We are engaged in a range of quality improvement projects; one such project is how we support patients who harm themselves.  We encourage all our staff in our innovative works.  We are proud to improve our services in co-production with service users and carers.
