Team Secretary

Band 3

We are looking for a skilled Admin & Clerical Team Secretary to provide high quality, professional secretarial and administrative support to the Urgent Care & Assessment Team (UCAT) based at Campbell House. This is a varied, exciting and challenging role which needs someone who is confident, calm, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and who is well organised, with the ability to prioritise work effectively. Applicants should be highly motivated and flexible and be able to maintain confidentiality and use their own initiative. A high standard of written English is essential in additional to having first rate organisational and interpersonal skills. Word processing skills are essential, as is proficiency with Microsoft packages, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
